As a producer of surgical instruments we have great manufacturing diversity.
We combine advanced technology with classical production.
Our CNC division assures the highest precision of the turned and milled parts. However, manual work on complicated products is still the crucial component. In this case, no such intricate machines can replace the human.
We combine these two different production modes in the manufacture of excellent surgical instruments.
OERTEL MEDIZINTECHNIK IS CERTIFIED ACCORDING TO DIN EN ISO 13485:2016.
Production drawings are created for all products and every production lot is accompanied by product documentation.
Every delivery includes upon request material, hardness, and passivation certificates. Also we are audited yearly by an external QM consultant.
